The best answers are voted up and rise to the top. Adding psnfssx to Fedora doesn’t really solve the problem, because, as you point out, the MathTime fonts themselves are non-free, and thus, we cannot include them and it’s probably worse for mtgreek to fail looking for fonts we cannot add.

But I never used one of them. The problem is not with a missing font. The package is part of psnfssx and psnfssx is not mathyime as TeX Live package because it depends on non-free fonts. What is the equivalent name there? Comment 3 Tom “spot” Callaway
